remodeling a bathroom, garage style, ideas please

Im redoing my sons bathroom, very small area, just where sink and commode

are is about 4x6 feet. other side is shower stall. l am considering doing

something like a hard surface you would find in a shop or garage, but l 
have particle wood floor base. He wants a concrete look. Please throw any 
ideas my way for things to do to this bathroom, l pretty much will try
